What I Wore…Arden B Chambray Romper
The weather in Chicago is trying to get a little warmer, though you can never be sure. Yesterday, the temps reached the high 80’s which was celebration enough for me to pull out my romper when I got home.
Initially was hesitant to purchase a romper out of fear of looking too juvenile. However, this surprisingly has become a really versatile piece which is perfect for layering and the length of the leg it perfect for me. Rompers are no-fuss, quick and easy “go-to” pieces if you are like me and indecisive with what to wear on occasion. They truly only require some accessories and ‘off you go!’
Caution: Rompers CAN be tricky if you don’t have the right bra, so be sure to get a good strapless bra. On a personal note, I am overly cautious of the “pit fat” (yes I typed it) that likes to show it’s nasty head with strapless tops. Choose pieces CAREFULLY. After all, you want to look AND feel good. Sorry, but I’m particular when it comes to what I wear.
P.S. - Don’t mind that last picture. My little photographer likes snapping pictures when I make faces. You still get the idea of the outfit. :-)
