Behind the Scenes of a Fun Run - Take Two.

I decided on a whim to document my first fall race for the year for the Run 10 Feed 10 race. Yes, I ran with my camera for YOU. Of all the things to do in front of the camera…I REALLY put myself out there (no makeup, no hair, no frills) all for you, LOL. I think I will begin doing more videos but will see. I have perfectionist tendencies and can edit for hours, which I don’t have but stay tuned.
Anywhoo…the purpose of this video is to provide some insight to those of you who are interested in running but are scared. I would suggest a 5k fun run. Runners get treated very well (I lost a good amount of video describing this), during races water, gatorade and gel shots are provided. Also, there are bathrooms available to you who have the pre-run RUNS (haha…no pun intended). Basically, there is nothing to fear!
I hope this video motivates someONE to get up and participate in a race.
