It isn’t the most flattering shot but heck, it’s progress. I just finished cleaning up from breakfast and tried this flying crow variation in the middle of my kitchen floor and I got it! I need to work on my upper body strength and breathing fully in these poses, but one day I will be able to extend that back leg.
